HOW CAN I PAY MY PURCHASE ONLINE?

When making a purchase online, the payment will be finalized via the following credit and/or debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, 4B, 4B-Mastercard, Maestro, Multibank y other Red 6000 cards.

The cost and expenses of the purchased products will be charged to your account at the time you confirm the order. We will process your order when your card issuer authorizes the corresponding payment.

If your card issuer refuses to authorize payment for any reason, we will not accept your order and consequently we will not be responsible for late delivery or failure to deliver the products. Casa Hernanz is not obliged to inform you about the rejection reason.

In order to guarantee the security of our clients, we reserve the right to request, if we consider it necessary and prior to the delivery of the order, a photocopy of the buyer’s identity card for all payments via bank card.

IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ON THE WEB?

Yes, the data is securely transmitted with SSL encryption. For payment with credit and debit cards, it is required to enter the CVV (Card Verification Value), a code printed on the card that is used as a security measure in E-Commerce transactions.

DO I HAVE TO VERIFY MY PURCHASE?

CAN I PAY IN STORE WHEN I RECEIVE THE ORDER?

In case of choosing as a shipping method: Pick-up in the store, payment has to be made online to finalize an order, it is not possible to pay in store when collecting the products.
