RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 

The Client may return the purchased products within a period of 14 calendar days from reception, according to the tracking number that CASA HERNANZ provides. After this period, CASA HERNANZ will not return the amount paid nor will replace the product with another.

Products made in esparto are not eligible for changes and / or returns.

To make an exchange, the Client will have to return their purchase and place a new order with the style and / or size they need.

To correctly process the return, the product must be in perfect condition, without any type of damage or signs of use and in its original packaging.

Once CASA HERNANZ receives the product and analyzes it, the Client will receive a confirmation email.

You can make your return in the following ways:

– Return the item to our store

The Client must go to CASA HERNANZ store and hand the product to be returned together with a copy of the invoice and showing the “Order Confirmation” email.

Once CASA HERNANZ reviews the item and confirms that it is in the appropriate conditions for its return, it will process the refund of the amount.

Once the return is approved, the Client will receive an email informing of the refund. The time schedule in which this will be effective will depend on the Client’s bank. CASA HERNANZ is not responsible for any delay that occurs in this process.

Return on behalf of the Client

The Client may send the items he wants to return with the transport company he chooses. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer. The products must be sent to the following address:

If the Client chooses this option, they must first write to casahernanz@gmail.com so that CASA HERNANZ has knowledge that they will receive the Client’s article.

The Client must include the invoice in the package sent so that CASA HERNANZ can identify the shipment once it receives it and, thus, be able to start the return procedure.

The refund of the price paid by the Client will be carried out once CASA HERNANZ has received the package and has verified the good condition of the items. Once the return is approved, the Customer will receive an email informing of the refund. The time schedule in which this will be effective will depend on the Client’s bank. CASA HERNANZ is not responsible for any delay that occurs in this process.

CASA HERNANZ is not responsible for shipments made by the Client if they are not delivered to our address or get lost

PRODUCTS MADE IN ESPARTO

Products made in esparto have a series of specialties:

– The shipment will be managed when we actually have the ordered product. In this case, if the Client wishes to buy some other product that falls in the general shipping regime, we recommend buying the products separately since, otherwise, all the products will be sent when the esparto product is ready. In this case, shipping may take about 3 weeks, which is the approximate manufacturing time.

 

– As this is a product made to order, CASA HERNANZ does not accept changes and / or returns of products made in esparto.
